One day, I will see Dad sitting in his red chair. His crosswords are by his side and he will be waiting there. I could talk to him, tell him about my life; how I become a mum, grandma and also a wife.
As the hours filter by, I shall sit upon the floor, and we’ll chat for hours and explain how I wanted more time and I will ask him to assist me; to safeguard those I left behind.
There’ll be many others in the room, Mum, aunties, uncles, sister and best friend; the party can never end.
I hope there is a special place which helps to blur the lines. Where the living and spirits hopefully realign. For those, who are grieving, I am determined to protect. Watching over loved ones, prepare them for what is arriving next.
One day, I will see Dad sitting in his red chair, and tell him that Love him, and everyone sitting there.
I think we all hope for this 💜💜💜

I really like this. Almost everynight I dream about my husband, and we never have cross words! I’m sure he’s still around and keeping me company, and I’m certain he and my mum and dad will be there to give me big hugs when my turn arrives. They’d better be!! 🙂 Thank you for for joing in with the challenge.
