Being a mum; unpaid, overworked, but wouldn’t change a thing; children to grow ups, they are my greatest joy.

I am proud of my children. My daughter, a great mum and loyal friend. My son, a beautiful person, with a kind heart and a wicked sense of humour. I am lucky to be part of their lives, and hope they are proud of me too.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
