1. Of all the household chores (laundry, dusting, hoovering, washing up, cooking etc) which is your least favourite? I hate ironing because Dad used to do it so well, because he was in the army.

2. With food prices going up all the time, do you buy less, find substitutes, or don’t buy at all? I shop at Aldi, because it is cheaper. Fruit and vegetables are more expensive, and sometimes I don’t eat as healthy as I can.

3. Do you enjoy meals with left overs? I like them because it is one more night. We do not have to cook, and they taste just as nice the second time round.

4. Do you prefer bagels, crusty bread, or toast?

Crusty bread it has a better texture.

I am grateful I have enough and my children and grandchildren are never hungry.

  3. There’s an Aldi near where I live (in the Washington, D.C. area) and I love shopping there, especially if it’s a high-priced item, it’s always cheaper there.
