It is easy to become a screen zombie without realising you are affected. Tic-Toc is famous for its brief clips. My daughter often scrolls through her phone, with an occasional smile. Lately, the screen has drawn me in. I have realised, if I stop at my favourite television show, it reveals more of the same.
Are we screen zombies?
I reckon we could be, and sometimes we should take time away from our phones. Although, television is just as bad. How many people binge watch? Hours can pass before we reach for a mug of coffee or something to eat.
Reading more might be a human fit.
true …I set rules for myself . No screens at meals, when out , when we have visitors, and when I go to bed the phone stays downstairs 💜💜💜

I agree, our screens can be so addictive! I try to do other things, but I’m on my laptop a lot, I do read every day though!
