As writers we tend to be so focused on creating life, we forget to give ourselves peace of mind. It is a lonely task; writing. It is too easy to live inside our heads. We need to give the same caring nature that we show to other people.
- Take a coffee break.
- Read a book.
- Go for a walk.
- Speak with family and friends.
- Don’t beat yourself up, when you don’t have all the answers.
- Be strong, like the writer you are.
