Protection

Winter’s Coat

covering all

nature’s inhabitants for a little while;

ice melts, grass grows once more.

Winter’s coat

taken off

till next year.

Change Over

Nature’s way

Serious sun adapts to the quiet change.

Growing, thriving, driving towards the sky

Bees, wind

exploding seeds;

new life.

Seeds dormant

waiting, wishing

for next spring, but until then,

Winters coat will keep them safe,

Tiny cells

sleeping well

until Spring.
