Bloganuary#7 – What Makes me Laugh

I grew up in the seventies and my favourite films growing up were the Carry on Movies. There were many great actors of that era, and it is why audiences will still find them funny. If I wanted a real belly laugh, I can watch one of the films.

Morecambe and Wise were comedians than will always make me laugh. Their talent is in making the normal funny. The same goes with The Two Ronnie’s, Little and Large. Friends, totally different, but matched perfectly in their comedic timing.

My biggest laugh out loud though, is when I spend time with my granddaughter. She has a giggle, which makes me giggle too. It is a simple as watching a cat video or throwing a ball at her dog and watching her chase after it, again and again.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
