Wordle 535

Words on the page take shape, some fraught with a thrust of breath, some quiet like a low, shifting sigh. Everything changes in a moment and creates a picture in the reader’s mind.

Every gap filled with a shape of something to be revealed as each page is turned. Or a keen ear listening to the growth of a world worth being in. There are low moments, and moments of great joy, where the mind is filled with something you can always control

My love of books started when I was five years old, and the reason I wanted to create my own novel. There is something beautiful about writing, and reading. As a child, when I was bullied, it was another world I could be part of. It was a safe place, where happy endings always happened.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
