”Good idea to get those rocket powered bikes,’ Toby said, ‘Nought to sixty in ten seconds flat.”

”Yea, glad we invested in the keep the elderly fit again scheme.”

2042 had been a tough year, the retirement age moved up to eighty, they had to keep healthy somehow. Meat product were banned, and their allotment, growing vegetables for the ozone layer a success.

Now the air was slightly fresher, they were getting out and about more. Solar, rocket bikes were the greatest invention of the millennium. Great for the planet, and you could circumnavigate the globe in a few days.

At only nine million pounds, it was a bargain really.

”So what now?’ Kylie said.

”Well, we’ve seen the Eiffel Tower, London Bridge, and The Pyramids, if we are quick, we can see The Whitehouse before we’re home for tea.”

”Great idea, we could get a take-away from Moonrakers. Their burgers are out of this world.”
