Sharing My World

QUESTIONS from https://sparksfromacombustiblemind.wordpress.com/2022/09/26/share-your-world-9-26-2022-i-hope/.

Would you rather have no nose, or no arms? I would rather have no arms, using your sense of smell, evokes happy memories. Sometimes not so great memories, but it makes the world a more rounded place to be in.

What is your spirit animal?  I reckon it has to be a raven (although that’s a bird) because everywhere I go it means something to me. Reading the Harry Potter books with my daughter when she was only eleven, I grew to love the books. When I was sorted, it was Ravenclaw I was sorted into. My Slimming World venue is at the Raven Hall. It seems to follow me everywhere I go. My website name is Writer Ravenclaw, so it makes sense to have a Raven as my spirit animal.

Do you think cavemen had nightmares about cavewomen?

No, I reckon they just fell asleep and let all the women do all the work.

GRATITUDE SECTION

How thankful are you for good health, should you enjoy such a state of being?

I am thankful I have a good network of friends and family I can go to when I am feeling low. It is important we have this network because we all need someone to listen to us, or for us to listen to them.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. Thanks for Sharing Your World Diana! I suppose the world would be fairly diminished if one couldn’t smell things like freshly baked bread! 😋 🍞 I agree that cavemen probably had to ‘conserve’ their energy for hunting wooly mammoths and such creatures. At least that’s the excuse my dead hubby used to use for being (IMO) a lazy bum sometimes.
