Do Us A Favour

We are asked by https://pensitivity101.wordpress.com/2023/02/21/truthful-tuesday-21st-february/ If someone offered you a considerable amount of money for doing them a favor, would you take it?

The answer would be no.

Probably because if it were that big of a favour (sorry English spelling, we do like a u) and someone was willing to pay considerable cash for it, then the likely hood would be there would be something illegal connected with it.

The favours I do for loved ones never really have money going my way (more like I am paying out money to my daughter). The same way for my son, but it is me asking the favour. We do it for family, help them out.

I wouldn’t expect a stranger to help me, so why would I help out someone I don’t know.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
