PROMPT WORD fromhttps://girlieontheedge1.wordpress.com/2023/02/26/sundays-six-sentence-story-word-prompt-251/ :  ZEST

A zest for life, waking up in the morning, Sheila never doubted the day. Yes, there were times, when life didn’t quite go as it should. Her friendships saved her, a phone call here, a visit there – going to the park and walking the dogs. Chatting about family, friends, and a new start.

There was nothing more special than laughing together, giving each other encouragement, made her day.

Falling asleep, with so many memories, she smiled as she drifted off to sleep.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
