Important

Today’s questions https://earthlycomforts.uk/2023/03/26/the-garden-dawdler/

Is the WHY to everything important?

I think it is, because we cannot follow others, believing everything they say. We should ask why so we understand the reason we are doing things. None of us can be right all of the time. Another blogger https://sillyfrogsusan.com/2023/03/26/the-garden-dawdler-3-26-23-my-dog-has-no-nose-hair/ post talks of toddlers and them asking why. It is how we learn.
What would you list as your Top Five Fun Things?

My top five fun things will always be spending time with family, especially my children and grandchildren. Writing is a fun thing, but can also be a stressful thing, depending on my mood. Walking the dog, going on holiday, and painting are also fun for me.
Should we care about the dreams of others or only our own?

Yes, of course we should. Our dreams are important, but then so are other people’s dreams. I would love to be able to write full time, get an agent, or a publisher. It is a difficult thing to do. My son dreams of his web comic being a success, my daughter’s dreams of being able to be creative, making her own business. I would always be there for them.
How well do you deal with criticism from others?

I’m not too bad, if someone criticises me, I will think, what could I do better next time.
Do you say YES or NO more often, and which is it?

I can say no, but when it is my children asking, I find it difficult to say no.
What is nose hair for?

I don’t know, it is something I don’t really notice.
What is the funniest comment you have ever received?

I can’t think of a funny comment.
Novels or Netflix?

Both, reading a novel or Netflix will always be relaxing.
Do good things come to those who wait?

Hopefully, yes, Although it is more to do with hard work, than waiting for something to happen.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
