Probably

I don’t think I have lost any height, but then I am not yet sixty, so it probably won’t happen yet. Mum was under five foot four, and my beautiful sister was way shorter (beautiful and classy). My daughter is just under six feet, so must take after the men in my family, as my son is slightly taller (she wasn’t too happy about that).

We stoop lower as we get older, because of the density of our bones and loss of body mass. Dehydrated disks lose their size. (That’s what google says anyway).

Not sure how I can lose any more height, but if I do, it will not make much difference.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
