Coffee

I wouldn’t say I am annoyed without my morning coffee, but probably best not to run out of milk.

My one sentence, above, and my habits have changed a little. No longer allowed too much caffeine, I have my special cauldron shaped mug (got to be the right size) a day. The rest is doesn’t contain any. That’s okay, as it tastes just the same. I imagine the burst of energy, instead of experiencing the high blood pressure.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. I’ve been drinking caffeine-free tea and coffee for the past year – part of trying to manage my silent reflux without too much medication. It took me a while to get used to it, including experimenting with several different brands until I found those I liked best! 🙂
