I wouldn’t say I am annoyed without my morning coffee, but probably best not to run out of milk.
My one sentence, above, and my habits have changed a little. No longer allowed too much caffeine, I have my special cauldron shaped mug (got to be the right size) a day. The rest is doesn’t contain any. That’s okay, as it tastes just the same. I imagine the burst of energy, instead of experiencing the high blood pressure.
I know so well your struggle.😔

I can relate to the restrictions on caffeine.

Same here. Then it’s decaf all through the day.

Yes, we do need something to go on.

I’ve been drinking caffeine-free tea and coffee for the past year – part of trying to manage my silent reflux without too much medication. It took me a while to get used to it, including experimenting with several different brands until I found those I liked best! 🙂

I can only drink one cup a day as well, Diana, for the same reason!

I love my coffee, I am totally addicted, I know, I should cut back on how much I consume. X
