Coffee in an Instant

The only coffee machine I own is from pods, but I rarely use it these days. It is partly to do with trying to lose weight, but it is the only thing I do to lose weight. I’m still getting through the Christmas chocolate.

I will drink instant coffee, and I don’t think it tastes much different anyway. I do love the flavoured coffee. I don’t know whether it is my brain telling me that it is that flavour or whether they manage to put that flavour in the coffee, but it makes them taste slightly different. I do prefer the biscuit, raspberry and white chocolate and cookie dough.

The only trouble is they are not always in stock where I shop. It feels like a special they sell every so often. I do need to limit my coffee intake, I am aware of how much you should drink, and I try to limit myself to a couple in a day.

  1. Instant coffee is a beautiful thing. It’s funny you’ve posted this, because I’ve thought about buying some instant coffee on those mornings I need something stronger. It always smells so good, no matter what type of blend you get. 🙂
