Blue Skies

Waves, washing, foaming, travelling across oceans, through blue skies, and grey, until they crash back down, ready for another journey. Back home, through a sea of uncertain thoughts, until it rests, just for a second in time, before moving forward again.

Nature, wandering across landscapes, until it rests, watching, seeing a world inhabited by humans. A world where temperatures have risen, even though mother nature has screamed her warning.

One family, attempting to make a difference, attempting change. They pick up their rubbish, and put it in a bag. Not plastic, but something that can be reused, again, and again.

Waves crash back down, and back into the ocean, a chance to begin a new. There is hope, people are beginning to understand, the time for change is needed. One family at a time, and there were others, many others who cared.

It was up to nature and humanity to join together, to keep her planet safe.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
