I don’t think I have lost any height, but then I am not yet sixty, so it probably won’t happen yet. Mum was under five foot four, and my beautiful sister was way shorter (beautiful and classy). My daughter is just under six feet, so must take after the men in my family, as my son is slightly taller (she wasn’t too happy about that).
We stoop lower as we get older, because of the density of our bones and loss of body mass. Dehydrated disks lose their size. (That’s what google says anyway).
Not sure how I can lose any more height, but if I do, it will not make much difference.
I am also on the smaller side as are my mom and aunt. My husband and sons tower over me ❤️

I put it down to the weight on our shoulders increasing as we get older.

Look after yourself dear friend! Thanks for sharing. I think we all can benefit from stretching the spine.

Yeah, I’m over 60 and age and shrinkage do seem to go together. Love the way you put it all in perspective! 🙂
